Certified technicians are immediately dispatched to work with you through the restoration process after we receive your phone call whether its day or night. After thoroughly inspecting and addressing safety hazards, we begin extracting the surface water. Once surface water is removed, we then disinfect all areas to prevent microbial growth. High-velocity air movers are then positioned to make certain that all of the moisture has been removed. We then use monitoring equipment and thermal imaging technology to measure the progress of the moisture removal.

Process in Water Extraction
The first step in repairing water damage is usually WATER EXTRACTION, removing excess water. Response time is the most critical factor when dealing with water extraction. The longer water lingers, the more saturation will set in. A water damage situation with minimal saturation can be resolved quickly with little to no structural alterations. On the other hand, maximum saturation if sets in, the need for structural alterations is needed, making it more costly to repair.
Structural drying and/or drying contents and any other materials that were affected by the water come next in the process. This process normally takes between 2-5 days and we have several methods in doing so. Dehumidification and air movement are the two methods often used in order to mitigate a water loss.
